We make the impossible, possible – Seminar on modern Service Management

GuideVision held its annual enduser conference on the 21th of September, 2017. This year’s motto was: “We make the impossible, possible”. The attendees could learn the latest ServiceNow technology news from Mila Georgieva, Solution Consultant, ServiceNow.

 

In the second part of the event the representatives of KBC Bank and Tieto, two major customers of GuideVision, were talking about their experience and success with the ServiceNow platform.

 

Mariusz Hudeczek, ServiceNow Competence Center Leader, KBC has provided detailed overview of the ServiceNow implementation at the bank, and explained how with the help of GuideVision they succeeded over the multiple challenges of the recent CMDB implementation project.

 

Lubomír Moricz, Product Manager, Tieto has presented about Tieto’s mega project of OneCloud, and its multifaceted dependency on the ServiceNow solution. Attendees could learn how Tieto together with GuideVision have built an automated cloud service brokerage portal that provides transparent service delivery to customers.
Attendees were able to ask their questions from the presenters during the panel discussion session at the end of the conference.
