GuideVision Goes Gold in its Support for ServiceNow

GuideVision s.r.o. is now officially a Gold Services Partner of ServiceNow, a market leading service management platform for enterprise. This recognition is awarded due to the company´s outstanding results at implementing ServiceNow technology to improve the performance of businesses all over the world.

The Gold Service Partner status also marks GuideVision’s elevation to an elite group of ServiceNow partners. This includes over 60 ServiceNow consultants based in the Czech Republic, Hungary and throughout the CEE region.

Jakub Zrzavý, CEO, said, “Our Gold Services Partner status is the fruition of the last four years spent focusing exclusively on ServiceNow. It was a journey that started by accident after we were asked to integrate ServiceNow by one of our customers. However, we quickly saw the technology’s potential and devised a strategy for enterprises to fully harness its power.”

GuideVision already employs over 80 people, most of whom are certified ServiceNow consultants and are based in Prague, Budapest, Warsaw and London. Its team will expand further following the opening of a new dedicated ServiceNow technical support centre in Hradec Kralove, Czech Republic. This new office will enable GuideVision to meet the growing demand for ServiceNow services from its customers, which include KBC Bank, McKinsey, Tieto and Dr Max. The technical support centre will also provide new career opportunities for university IT graduates eager to experience working for a rapidly growing tech company.

A year of growth for GuideVision and ServiceNow

A recent success for GuideVision was its modernization of HR service delivery for Dr Max. The implemented solution went live last October and continues to drive great success among both the end users and IT. Additional projects are underway to extend the functionality of the solution to other company processes.

GuideVision’s rapid growth, its successful projects and its exceptionally high customer satisfaction ratings have made it a key player in the Czech IT Service Management industry. The company showcased its capabilities as a  Platinum Sponsor at the itSMF CZ 2017 Conference in January. The event was a big success for GuideVision. Its private session room was packed during its customer presentations, during which clients shared their experience with the ServiceNow technology and with GuideVision’s support services.

The itSMF CZ 2017 Conference is just the first of many new initiatives GuideVision has planned for 2017. The demand for ServiceNow technology is high and GuideVision has everything in place to justify its Gold Services Partner status and to help more global enterprises realize the power of ServiceNow.
