Celebrating the successful ServiceNow ITSM go-live with our customer Kuoni Tumlare.

GuideVision has successfully implemented the ServiceNow IT Service Management solution at Kuoni. Kuoni Tumlare is a world-leading provider of Group Travel and Global MICE services.

Kuoni is going through a huge internal IT OPS reorganization and consolidation. To be as effective as possible they chose ServiceNow solution as the most suitable platform on which the new IT OPS will be built. The GuideVision team was asked to deliver a brand-new instance with Identity Management integration, Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, and Service Portal within two months. The final instance was ready after six weeks. The customer is satisfied with the Phase 1, so we are looking at Phase 2 scope. We will define the next phase during the near future and will extend the solution about processes such as Change Management, Problem Management, CMDB, etc.

The implementation project team of Kuoni Tumlare and GuideVision have celebrated the go-live of the solution with the traditional go-live cake.
